Chiffchaff

I was at work this morning fairly busy again but not as manic as last Saturday. Once home we settled down for an afternoon of Super League rugby on TV. 
When that finished we decided to go for a late afternoon walk to find a blip. It was the best part of the day weather wise as the sun came out and some lovely blue sky appeared . We went for a walk along the cycle track along the river to see what wildlife was around. It was lovely to hear the birds singing especially the Chiffchaffs a sign that spring has arrived . I even managed a couple of shots of this obliging one as it called away. Difficult to get a clear shot of it as it was always on the move but fairly happy with this one . 
Back home for some tea and an evening of TV including some football Arsenal v Liverpool  and then some general viewing and of course a few beers as the weekend has now arrived for me and 2 days off work.
