Monty chilling

Another pretty cold day so we didn’t venture far.

I had a cookathon day today, 3 lovely moussakas made,  1 for tomorrow and the other 2 in the freezer for a later date. Dough proving for a focaccia ( my first attempt).

Mr PC pottered in the garden and he picked some purple sprouting for tonight’s dinners veg.
