Barnacle encrustations on a creel (lobster-pot) at Pettycur Harbour.

UPDATE on Yesterday's Blip:
I think my neighbour also complained.  Anyhow, we got a result.  First I was informed that it would be cleared at 9am, they then arrived at 9:30 and it was all away by 10:20.  Result!  Here's hoping there won't be a repeat. Sadly though, no one apologised.
