Springlike

After the daffodils there’s nothing quite like the magnolia blooms to herald spring. The tree we planted some 30 years ago is now well established.

I always recall when travelling to London how the blooms there appeared a few weeks ahead of here in Edinburgh.

A gloriously clear and sunny day today. Air cool but as the winds were very light it was lovely to be out in the garden for most of the day. All change over the next few days !
