Day 120. A bandha day

Another strike today. Street were car and bus free, only people and children playing on the streets.
More progress in Yoga, today I could put the crown of my head on the floor in PRASARITA position.

In the afternoon we went for a three hours walk to Gofkana temple. This lovely tree was there, it was the house to the Lingham, one of the many expression of Shiva, the hindu god.

We spent the rest of the evening, eating pop corn and playing with Zeydon.
