More goodbyes

We had booked our Covid tests (PCR tests for flying) today at the Sanitorium. Singapore airlines had a list of designated test centres that they recognise, so we opted for the Sanitorium. Tests done, the boys headed off to see their friends, while Martin and I met up with one of our closest friends, Woon Sun.

We met at Food Street, fashion walk in Causeway Bay. It was a lovely time together. Enjoyed one of the best paellas I’ve ever had.

I had to head back, but Martin stayed on a bit.

We had dinner planned with our German friends for later in the evening. It was a little strange to start off with, and didn’t seem to get any better. But glad to have time with them and say our goodbyes, with promises of visits to us once Oz opens up again.

Finally home after a long day. Two more sleeps till we fly out ....
