Pint of nothing

It was a beautifully sunny day, and digging in the vegetable garden was thirsty work, so I kept re-hydrated with pints of diluted orange. I forgot to tidy away the empty glass.
Later, as we were sitting out on the lawn, having a bite to eat, the glass became illuminated by the setting sun.
