A little detail

It was a glorious day today, visited Mum and sat in the garden enjoying the warmth. We then went to Greenock and had a walk along the Esplanade. I had my camera with me, but it had the 100m lens on it so it meant I had to look for details instead of panoramas. 
The rail along the Esplanade is painted blue, and the rusted over, painted nuts caught my eye for the contrast in colours and textures. Extra is of a rusty pole on one of the ramps to the water, and a wider view of a lone kayaker.
