Sheringham Boating Lake
How splendid to see the boating lake being used today. The Victorian seaside shelter behind makes a perfect backdrop. B and I went for a promenade along the promenade at Sheringham this morning. There was a very chilly wind so woolly hat and gloves were required but it was a wonderfully sunny day. We walked the whole length and back again and I treated myself to a barista-made coffee, the first one in months from one of the cafes offering a take-away service on the front.
Most enjoyable and it certainly blew the cobwebs away on this Easter Sunday.
The extras are the turnstones down on the rocks and waves crashing over one of the slipways.
