Sunken

We went for a walk to Titty Hill* and back this morning: 7 miles through woods and sunken lanes, accompanied by skylarks and buzzards, passing daffodils, primroses and the odd bluebell. When we got back we watched Southampton beat Burnley on TV and then I spent the afternoon in the garden.

* This part of Sussex is quite blessed with comedy place names
