I went for a cycle today up in my local woods. It was the first time that I had cycled in a year, and it felt like it. It hasn't been helped by the fact that I had nearly (?) broken my thumb a few days' ago, which has made changing gears a little tricky. Handily, I can take a camera with me to grab shots as I pedal around!
