Happy Easter!

Today is Easter Eve! And like all big Swedish holidays, Swedish people (and dogs) celebrate them on the eve, not the day. Christmas, Easter and Midsummer. We’re a bit weird that way. 

And Grandma is now vaccinated, so we could celebrate with her!! SO happy! Swedish people are also a bit weird because we eat almost the same food on all those holidays - smörgåsbord!! With LOTS of pickled herring. For Easter also with eggs, of course. 

I got a three course meal! Meatball and shrimp cheese, then an egg-salmon-shrimp platter and then panna cotta with raspberry for dessert. Yay! The humans were happy and enjoyed their food. The best day!! 

I wonder if those eggs can be used for an Easter egg hunt?
