New shoes

On Fridays run my trusted trail shoes fell apart. A call to a local running shop Pete Bland Sports in Kendal. A chat to Matt, email with suggested replacements, order placed and collected the next morning. That’s why it’s best to shop local.
The shoes had their first outing on today’s run, pleased to report they are super comfy.
