Easter Sunday

Darren isn’t religious so Easter isn’t something he makes a big effort for. It’s nice to have time off work though.
We were out and about relatively early this morning and ended up doing an 8 mile walk.
We again walked somewhere that we’ve walked many times before but as was the case yesterday we took a different path while halfway through the walk and that opened up a new area we hadn’t walked before. It was such a lovely morning too, very sunny, though there was a chill to the breeze but that just made the walking easier, Darren can handle the cold far better than he can handle hot weather.
I very much enjoyed the walk too, some of it was on the lead but for the most part I was free to roam, we were out 4 hours but only saw 5 other people and only one other dog.
I’ve had my lunch and tea now, a bit of sleep will be nice now.
