Roadmap Out Of Lockdown Step 1b - Day 7

Wishing you all a very Happy Easter!

A beautiful Easter Day, not a cloud in that blue sky, and without yesterday’s wind it felt so much warmer at 14 degrees, not that I got out to enjoy the sunshine. This afternoon I’ve been glued to the tele, watching the Oxford Cambridge Boat Race, this year being held on the River Great Ouse, between Ely and Littleport. So many familiar sights, the finishing line was at the riverside pub in Littleport, a pub I know very well! Due to the pandemic, the race was a closed event, no spectators; just as well otherwise I’d have been deeply miffed not to be able to be there!
