Red crackers

We had some visitors over the weekend as my husband is home from hospital. He is doing ok but is on crutches and having his leg dressed every two days. He had a severe cellulitis infection which turned to septicaemia and he has also suffered an acute kidney injury as he was dehydrated.
I bought these beetroot and caramelized onion crackers to try and they were a big hit with everyone
