Learning new tricks

Our dear friend, Tom, popped around this afternoon with his air fryer to leave with us to experiment with. He and Les find it very handy and they have been telling us about it. My ears pricked up when they told us how easy it is to make chips. My better half is the officer in charge of all things culinary so Tom showed her how to use it. They used a small number of frozen chips for the demonstration (see extra). They were delicious.
