Easter Monday

Went for a morning walk at Loch Ardinning Wildlife Reserve which is just under 5 miles from our house. The car said it was 0 degrees when we arrived and got up to 4 degrees when we left an hour and a half later. It was beautifully sunny but bitterly cold in the wind and there were drifts of hailstones from last night still unmelted on the ground. 
The hills in the near distance are The Campsie Fells and in the far distance The Arrochar Alps, nice clear day to see for miles.
