Nothing makes him sit up like the sight of next door's cat taunting him.

I had another job over in Huddersfield this time. It was absolutely freezing. Called in at mum and dad's on the way home and realised I hadn't been there for over a year. They've made all the trips over during the pandemic - mainly because they were so desperate to leave the house!

An interval run with sis that nearly killed me. I hate them but we've plateaued with running so we've introduced a more challenging element.
