Keep Fit

I see the ‘covid-keep-off’ tape has been removed. Not that I ever see anyone exercising on them. Maybe they’re down early.

Met M outside and we did the 2 pier walk. Not too bad. The extreme cold hasn’t arrived down here yet. At 07:00 tomorrow morning 0C forecast.

Sat on a bench on the seafront and enjoyed a sandwich and golden milk. While Mr B did his paces.

People around, but nothing like an Easter Monday! Quite pleasant.

Back home, and the rest of the day has disappeared.
