Floor plan

After deciding that removing one of the wooden beams (or "spant" in Dutch) is not going to be an option, I tried to come up with a new plan for an additional bedroom upstairs. Today I did some measurements and then made this floor plan on the Floorplanner website. I've sent it to our builder for discussion. To be continued, I guess (and hope).
