Centipede in the bathroom

He seems to be a long term resident in the bathroom. Tempted though I am to try and get rid of him, I know he'll be devouring more unsavoury visitors so I will let him hang around...
I spent the morning in Aliveri, getting xrays and seeing the doctor about my back/hip pain. His advice was to rest up for a week or so ... no bending or lifting especially so absolutely no gardening.
Wet all day so I had no desire to be very active today, at least.
