Ceramic

Today was a day of doing day-job things in the pre-dawn and the night, punctuated by doing the consulting job during hours of daylight; and no time for anything else. Consulting clients paying for a hotel room, hotel room very very boring from a photo point of view, plus ca change.

Channelling the spirit of Marcel Duchamp, I revisit the porcelain theme explored in York last week. Here we have a ceramic objet kindly installed by my hosts, Mr Crowne and Mrs Plaza, in their boutique Shoreditch boarding house, as a little amuser l'oeil.

Beauty in found objects, that's my current hotel-room mantra.

Keith Moon's thing with the hotel windows and the TV sets; I'm starting to get it now.
