Native Morepork Owl

This fellow had a serious argument with a wing mirror on a truck. He has all healed fractures, but now we have to wait for his tail feathers to grow. They broke off during accident and will take a few weeks to regrow. He can’t fly properly without them. He is grumpy and divebombed me when I cleaned him out this morning. He is gorgeous though.
