Fair-a-far weir from above

Monday
Another bright, sunny, but freezing cold day. We met our youngest for a walk along the Almond from fair-a-far Mill to Cramond and back. The river was much calmer. View of otherside of the weir in extras.
Strong winds battered us as we reached the promenade and we managed to get a takeaway coffee to warm us up.

More painting of the hall for me in the afternoon. Phoned mum and then I ordered her a new book as she's run out of reading material.
