Truro River

Quite grey and overcast this morning when we went for our fitness walk . I always think there's something attractive about the river when the tide is out, the silt and mud makes such interesting shapes. We broke into a jog for a tiny bit of our walk this morning - spring must be on the way!

Oh by the way, the Harissa was a success.
