Easter

While for Christmas we went all out on the food to have a festive vibe despite being just the two of us, for Easter the energy to do the same wasn't there. Besides buying more chocolate than usual, this week end was about the same as ever.
For Easter lunch I decided we were having a picnic, so I made a pizza the day before and off we went with it and a bottle of coke to a nearby spot. The weather was lovely and there were lots of birds around the river. 

Some info on the bridge you see:
It dates from the 1960's. A couple years ago they checked its foundations and found they weren't in the best of states. Now they monitor its vibrations 24/7 and heavy vehicles like lorries cannot pass. Also, the bridge is very narrow, and thus not adapted for cyclists or people on foot, both of which use it more and more for lack of alternative. A budget was made and studies started in order to build a new bridge. But with last year's elections some cabinets have changed hands, and the new hands don't want to pay for a new bridge. All this is currently under much debate between the many representatives of those possibly impacted by the decision...
