Slowly Receding Snow

Dear Diary,

This part of my back yard is the last place to melt.  Day by day I watch the snow line receding into the woods.  In a couple of days it will finally be gone.  I have to leave in a few minutes for some early morning blood work.  At least it looks to be a nice a fairly mild day.  Melt, darn you, MELT!
