Ediniburgh.

This is an article from the Edingburgh Evening News.

They seem to thing that Edenburgh needs an elected mayor/mayoress. That giving an elected Procurator power would allow the Edinborough Police Force a clearer line of authority, and Edinburgo's roads would benefit too.

It won't effect me though. I live in Edinburgh....
