The hen with the Jumper

This is Dusty and she is bottom of the pecking order as she is the smallest. During hen lockdown they were bored and pulled the feathers out of her back. I have been trying to prevent this and the latest way is to keep her back covered under her jumper which I knitted for her. There is a little bare skin still showing on her shoulders but I am hoping this helps. She wasn't very impressed this morning.

Another lovely walk in Crarae gardens this afternoon and a blether too.
