Beethoven, roll over!

That isn't this pup's name, as far as I know. He was tied up outside Ocean Terminal and everyone who went past was met with a smile and a wag of the tail. A lady went too close and he flopped straight onto his back for his tummy to be tickled. She was struggling to tear herself away :-)
