Old recipe
I should probably rewrite this recipe, it looks frightful in my 35 year old notebook, the entire book has been well loved and used.
I've added 2 updates to the original over the years, one that increased the stock and rice when there were more mouths to feed and one to add more spices as our tastes developed and we got a bit adventurous.
