Success!

Despite the cold and the horrible icy wind, I took the centreboard down today and the work on getting the section with the counterweight to the correct thickness has paid off. It went back without any problems and then I moved on to fitting a new pulley and jamming cleat for the mizzen sheet (extra1) 
Finally after replacing the rigging screw I bent last week I put a dab of paint on a couple of scrapes on the bottom.
Escaped just after two and got home for J V-T and his tag team on the AZ update.
