A long-tailed tit located only because I could hear it. 
It's getting harder to spot the little birds now. 
At least the herons and cormorants on the water are easier to spot.
It's so bloody cold out there that this was the quickest walk in the park ever. My hands froze in the windchill.
Lots of prep done for a mock promotion interview tomorrow morning (on my day off!)
