Finished

Mid-afternoon today, I listened to the last of the student presentations and that's the end of my direct teaching until January of next year. Yes, there will be MSc project supervisions, student support as a Personal Tutor, MSc admissions duties, and I've still got lots of marking to do, but now I'm, free to get on with the things that are generally more fulfilling. It's not a bad job!

The sunny weather has disappeared, but it's still bitterly cold for April! At the end of the afternoon, I went out on my bike for an hour, but didn't see anything worth photographing, so I nipped into the garden where our purple-leaved trees are in flower. I don't know what they are, as they don't seem to produce fruits of any kind.
