Tac Vent..

Or to give it its proper title... "Tactical Ventalation".

This was the course that we were on today. Learning how to clear smoke from a property / building after the fire was extinguished.

Now it was slightly different from other Tac Vent courses that I had been on before and it's safe to say that it ended up being more like a Breathing Apperatus Refresher course instead.

But it was good to get off station and as they had carried out recent modifications to the unit, you could not see a thing once inside.

I'm sure we'll be back again soon and mibbees we'll get to use an extraction fan the next time :-))
