Phlox perhaps

This pretty pink wild flower is covering large areas just behind the local beach, where I went for a swim this morning. I think it's a kind of phlox.
A sad day in the village today, as it was the funeral of Nikos, the much loved owner of the beach taverna. He was good humoured, generous, kind hearted and in many ways larger than life.
