A misty Main St, Staveley

The sky was really soft today and the sun was trying to break through as I walked back down Main St after taking the children to school. I'm trying to walk 10,000 steps a day to raise awareness of how far girls and women walk in the 3rd World just to get water etc. Its called Walk In Her Shoes.

Its been good weather so far for the challenge I just have to allow a lot more time to get every where. It shows how much time these women don't have for other things such as education as they spend so much of their day walking for essentials..
