Laptop doctor

I jumped in a taxi for a 20 minute ride to a new (for me) area to see the laptop doctors. The doctor was on time, the admin staff were friendly, and we’d had a good chat yesterday. That will be €175.00, payable upfront for a new battery. Ouch! I guess it’s the first visit to the doctor since I purchased it at Christmas in 2013.
I walked a bit of the way home, different street, didn’t work out what the super long queue I saw earlier was, got a taxi, got out earlier, window shopped and chilled for the rest of the day. I need to start studying..
