A little French lunch
I have managed to go for the whole of lockdown without ordering a takeaway.
I don't know wether you can call 'Cotes at home' a takeaway because the dishes arrive chilled and you have to cook anything that requires it.
After recommendations from Geekmeek and Gavinmeek I thought I'd treat myself (just the once).
This is chicken liver pate with a baguette (which you finish cooking in the oven) and French butter. The cornichons and pickled onions came from Waitrose.
Chicken liver pate is a total treat as I hardly ever make it.
I have lobster as a main but will probably eat that tomorrow as the pate was so filling.
It all arrived in a chilled van, beautifully packaged and with full instructions.
