Lake

A very busy day again, although everything flowed reasonably well. Thanks for those who have wished my Dad well. He had his CT today, and a chest x ray. The operation is now planned for Saturday, all being well.
After work my friends and I went for a walk. It was cold, and bracing, but so good to be out in the fresh air. We walked up through the park and around the little lake - so I have made my 10,000 steps for the day, which is a real bonus.
