Blossom in the Park

Covid vaccination day. Off to Ingliston for my first coronavirus vaccine jab. A pleasant day. Unfortunately it is over lunchtime. Extra shows a flower sculpture near the entrance to the indoor gardens, unfortunately they are not open, so I have my lunch at the park and ride bus stop. It is still eerily quiet. Not many cars in the car park, and only a few flights leaving from the airport. Walking back through the park

I have a quiet afternoon, a short easy bike ride followed by a walk over the Braid Hills, where Extra 2 of Edinburgh Castle was taken.
