train ja vu

5.30am alarm call.....again. up, zombie like, shower, zombie like, dry hair and dressed.....zombie like....out walking with Pete at 6am, mug of tea in hand.
countdown then, like a well oiled machine until i'm out of the door at 7am, derby bound.

v cold on the platform this morning. and them folks stood there are generally a miserable looking lot and i try to avoid being one of them.

into brum, march to Snowhill. good day there, didn't venture out, and instead had lunch at my desk.

left at 4pm, 10 minute trek to station, and i join the miserable folk on the way home.....

traffic better at derby tonight, and home by 6pm. walks with Pete, and then tea.

still full of cold, whacked by the early starts, but still time to take this pic of a daffodil out of the bunch mum bought me.

early start again, London tomorrow for a customer visit. love a day out to the smoke, even if it's just for a few hours.....
