Meet Frank

So sweet, one year and nine months. He made friends with me right away. His owner Sandra was interesting. She told me her liberal family in California was intolerant of her and were nasty about her not getting the vaccine. We chatted away before I told her I'm pretty much a die hard liberal but I don't subscribe to hate, anger and I understand not wanting a vaccine right away. I told her I don't see a good way around the vaccine either and the conversation died.
