Sacre Coeur

Went to one of Paris' great landmarks: although photos are prohibited it makes for a spectacular viewing. Nevertheless, the feeling on having walked around inside was more oppressive than uplifting.
However, on exiting the Basilica you are confronted by a strange sea of humanity as a crowd made up of gypsies, buskers, rappers, icon sellers, balloon sculptors and artists compete for your attention.
The most memorable was this gentleman who was able to juggle the football and play keepsie upsie like no one I have seen before. Here he is at the top of a lamppost high above the Paris skyline displaying his artistry.
All in all, a more spiritual experience than touring the basilica itself
