horrible to hear about the woman who was killed in london, and all the women who have taken to social media to tell of how scared they are just walking home at night. how women instinctively adjust their behaviour to avoid risk from men. we talk about this with the girls a lot.

one year ago today I went into hospital the first time. in loads of pain. this time of year is so reminiscent for me...it’s really weird.
