Colour blind

For those of you not in the UK, this post box isn't grey. It is in fact fire engine red.

I was posting a letter today and got to thinking that these post boxes might not last much longer. They are marked with the date they were made based on the reign of the monarch on the throne at the time. This one had "GR" which stands for "George Regina" latin for the reign of King George.

With email, txt, and Facebook - how much longer will we send and receive letters? We will always have parcel delivery but what about letters?

I'm not so sure.
