Quindi, da lunedì, la Lombardia dovrebbe tornare in zona arancione: riaprono i negozi (senza il servizio al tavolo in bar e ristoranti), gli studenti tornano in presenza fino alla terza media (50% in presenza per gli anni successivi - e credo l'università) e si può spostarsi liberamente all'interno del proprio comune...
