Watch this space

Ben not well today, neither is Elliot, Peter took the day off.
Worked at the Floral Pavillion all day then home, wanted to go to gym in preparation for skiing but didn't want to leave Ben so dusted down by Davina DVD Ben said was hysterical to watch, especially using jars of pasta sauce as weights !
Then caught up with emails etc.
