Cherry Blossom

This tree is buzzing with hundreds of happy insects at the moment!
Another chilly day, we were supposed to get rain but only had a few drops, then at lunchtime the roof men arrived.
We had been told last autumn that they couldn’t get to us before the new year, but did do an emergency repair of a leak, and we had forgotten they would appear at some point but here they are!
They got to work clearing off broken tiles and moss and will apply a product next week, replace the tiles, then we’ll be ok for another 200 years hopefully!
Mr F is cooking fish and chips in his new deep fat fryer this evening!
